Challenges: Narai Hotel Carpark is an aged structure that needs refurbishment. The rooftop level must be able to withstand vehicle traffic, heavy rain during rainy season and constant UV exposure.

Solutions: We proposed our WasserSeal 140 System, a durable one part solvent based Polyurethane waterproofing coating with WasserSeal TC140 a UV resistant top coat. The system provides a good protection against rain and UV exposure, and able to withstand continuous traffic. The system's crack bridging ability also prolong its service life.
