Highly Flexible PU Water Based Waterproofing

Challenges: The louvre windows and side balcony is a weak point for water ingress into building structure during rainy season. Disturbance in patients ward is highly prohibited and budget constrain also a consideration.

Solutions: We proposed our WasserSeal 130, a highly flexible water-based Polyurethane waterproofing. It provide an adequate waterproofing protection along with good UV resistance without the need of additional top coat which save labour cost and reduce application time.
